Job scope of Division II:

1. Preparing budgets, allocating budgets, preparing income and expenditure estimates, controlling capital expenditure, and organizing budget reserves.
2. Auditing, controlling, and closing cases on income, including that related to teaching and research subsidies, tuition and miscellaneous fees (including in-service special classes), and interest.
3. Auditing, controlling, and closing cases funded through the Higher Education SPROUT Project and other government subsidy programs.
4. Organizing education and training such as accounting business training and conference material integration.
5. Sending and receiving official documents through the registration desk, official mailbox, and accounting office notification and management system.
